Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that is investing in its technology and infrastructure. As the AVP of Infrastructure Platforms and Systems, you will lead a geographically dispersed team to support the overall strategy for Fisher Investments' infrastructure environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support collaborations with team leads, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful deployment and delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of governance, metrics, standard operating procedures, and controls for new solutions
  • Balances conflicting resource demands and internal pressures with a focus on priorities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years IT leadership experience
  • Experience in infrastructure and systems management
  • Strong technical skills to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex infrastructure and systems
  • Strong collaborative approach to delivering services across technology teams and stakeholders
Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 and $200,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
