We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our Enterprise Data Management team. As a key member of our technology organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies that drive business growth and improvement.

• Develop and implement data management solutions that meet the needs of our business partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy enterprise data platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
• Maintain and improve existing data management systems and processes.

• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership with a focus on data management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

• $150,000 - $250,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
• Eligible for discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
