Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $230,000 per year in Washington state. Eligible candidates can expect a discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the development of architectural principles and standards across portions of applications, infrastructure, and information security. Key responsibilities include defining the architecture of cloud platforms, selecting important platforms, and ensuring application solutions meet enterprise needs.

As a strategic advisor, you will partner with internal technology teams, partners, vendors, and implementation partners to build our technology transformation program and create multi-year roadmaps. You will survey the technology landscape, guide the evolution of the current environment, and report to the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee adherence to enterprise architecture principles and standards.
  • Develop architectural principles and standards for cloud platforms.
  • Lead the selection of important platforms, products, and vendors.
  • Evaluate current technology solutions and plan multi-year roadmaps.
  • Survey the technology landscape and recommend suitable systems and solutions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to implement and maintain technology solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of solution, technical, or business architecture experience.
  • 7+ years of leading solution or technical architecture teams.
  • 5+ years of architecture experience at a large wealth management or asset management firm.
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management concepts, data domains, and workflows.
  • Experience with multiple order management and portfolio accounting platforms.
  • Broad understanding of market trends and architecture frameworks.
