Nationally Recognized Pediatric Hospital Seeks Experienced Cellular Therapy Lab Manager

Our hospital is a leading provider of pediatric care in the Southeast, and we are seeking an experienced Cellular Therapy Lab Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Cellular Therapy Lab Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our busy Cellular Therapy Lab and overseeing a team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of manufacturing practices and procedures, FDA compliance, and FAC accreditation. You will also have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of leadership experience in a clinical or research environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the Cellular Therapy Lab
  • Oversee a team of professionals
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and FAC accreditation
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve laboratory goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 10 years related clinical experience in Cell Therapy, Bone Marrow Transplant/Processing in clinical and research environments
  • 2 or more years proven leadership experience as a Supervisor or higher
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
