About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cellular Therapy Lab Manager to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our cellular therapy laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of experienced technicians in a laboratory setting, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and FAC accreditation.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Director of BMT Program & Cellular Therapies & Apheresis to develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor laboratory staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure the laboratory is equipped with the necessary resources and equipment to meet the needs of our patients.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in marrow processing and cell culture in both clinical and research environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in management or administration in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in good manufacturing practices procedures.
  • Supervisory experience and laboratory experience.
