  • Continuously Assess and Improve the Sanitation Program: Continually assess and improve the sanitation program, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage Sanitation Emergencies: Respond to and manage any sanitation emergencies that may arise, ensuring the safety of all employees and the integrity of our products.
  • Coordinate with External Agencies: Coordinate with external agencies and auditors as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sanitation management role in the manufacturing industry, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Proven Experience in Sanitation Equipment Operation: Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of sanitation equipment.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Sanitation Standards: Extensive knowledge of sanitation standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of training and developing staff.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Certification in Sanitation Management or a related field is a plus.
