Executive Chef and Restaurant Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food products and exceptional guest service standards.

• Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team to deliver excellent food quality and presentation.
• Partner with the General Manager to drive sales growth, manage labor costs, and maintain profitability.
• Implement and maintain safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of three years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to attract, train, and retain top talent.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and plating techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
