Kitchen Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary operations at Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing labor costs, and maintaining operational excellence.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales revenue, improve profit margins, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize operational efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of three years of high-volume restaurant management experience, preferably in a BBQ or hospitality environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth, reducing labor costs, and improving profit margins.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
