Position Overview:

Quala Inc. is in search of a skilled Maintenance Technician to enhance our service capabilities. This role provides a chance to apply your expertise in a cutting-edge prototyping laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and upkeep on various machinery, including:
  • CNC Machines (Daytron, Okuma, Haas)
  • 3D printing devices
  • General workshop tools and equipment
  • Assist with the installation of new machinery and modifications as required
  • Coordinate and facilitate specialized equipment repairs
  • Ensure a tidy, organized, and safe working environment.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician role or equivalent
  • Proficient understanding of general and preventive maintenance for machine shop tools
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment; capable of problem-solving and decision-making
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Preferred experience with Daytron / Okuma CNC machinery maintenance
  • Facility management experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly wage range of $46.00, dependent on experience and qualifications.
