Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MOCVD Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sensor Electronic Technology, Inc. As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance of semiconductor process (MOCVD) equipment. Your primary duties will include providing maintenance services, including preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance, as well as basic repairs of MOCVD machines. You will work closely with the production manager and engineering team to minimize downtime and ensure high-volume production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of MOCVD equipment
  • Electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Organizing spare parts, tools, and materials
  • Maintenance record management
  • Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and participating in updating/documenting new procedures
  • Availability for after-hours maintenance issues
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of electrical wiring
  • Experience in machine maintenance (>2 years)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility and requires daily use of standard office equipment and handheld tools, power tools, ladders, and other machinery.
