Position Summary:
The Programming Specialist plays a vital role within the Operations & Technology division, focusing on client services and media management for multiple networks under our umbrella. This position is essential for ensuring the seamless preparation and distribution of content for broadcast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and consolidate feed requests for broadcast networks.
  • Collaborate with network and operations teams to ensure all necessary content is accurately captured.
  • Act as the primary liaison for network programming groups.
  • Manage material logistics, including delivery coordination, troubleshooting, and replacements.
  • Address potential issues promptly and escalate as necessary.
  • Oversee quality control screenings, version management, and file completion.
  • Assist with additional assignments as needed based on team capacity and business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in production, post-production, or broadcasting.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Outlook and MS Excel.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a role requiring effective communication with diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work model.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Work Environment:
This position is designated as hybrid, typically requiring in-office presence for a minimum of three days per week.
