Compensation Systems Specialist

As a Compensation Systems Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our compensation system aligns with industry standards and supports the organization's mission.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for administering the compensation system of the organization, including maintenance of the pay and job structure. The successful candidate will conduct market analysis, analyze data using Microsoft Excel, and ensure that jobs are documented and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis and recommend grade and/or compensation structure changes to ensure market competitiveness and adherence to organizational standards.
- Develop, maintain, and amend job descriptions to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policy requirements.
- Assist with the performance appraisal process and annual merit process.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in database form; run reports and conduct analysis as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management, finance, or related field.
- At least one year of experience working within Human Resources required.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
