Job Description

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Director, Compensation and Benefits through the administration of Total Rewards programs in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Benefits Design and Implementation: Applies advanced knowledge of benefits techniques, processes, and practices to design and implement medical, dental, vision, life insurance, COBRA, disability, and retirement plans.
  2. Benefits Administration: Provides advice to employees on benefit policies, practices, programs, and guidelines, and identifies, researches, and resolves complex matters.
  3. Program Coordination: Assists in the coordination of all current benefit programs, including open enrollment, benefit fairs, wellness events, new hire orientation, and projects.
  4. HRIS System Management: Manages and monitors the operation and configuration of the HRIS system as it relates to benefits administration and employee functionality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required.
  • Professional Certification: SHRM, CEBS, or CCP designation preferred.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years' experience with US health and welfare and retirement benefit programs and administration.
