Job Overview

SLT is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Studio Ambassador. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver Megaformer machine demos to new clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our equipment.
  • Assist SLT instructors with client check-in and class preparation, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Mariana Tek software and SLT policies and procedures.
  • Perform other studio duties as needed, including maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

Requirements:

  • Superior customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
