Nurse Care Specialist

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled RN to provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents. As a Registered Nurse at Trilogy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.
- Advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring that we go above and beyond for them every single day.
- Handle medication for residents and maintain meticulous records of every aspect of care administered.
- Act quickly and calmly in emergency situations to initiate life-saving measures.
Requirements:
- Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
- Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification.
- Be experienced in all things nursing and how RNs practice medicine.
- Have knowledge about laws, regulations, and guidelines that relate to long-term care.
