About the Role

As a Financial Analyst at Resource Label Group LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and informed decision-making. You will be part of a growing Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
    • Contribute to annual budgeting and monthly close process.
    • Develop and maintain quarterly forecast models and consolidation.
    • Conduct monthly budget vs. actual/forecast analysis.
  • Management Reporting and Analytics
    • Provide financial analysis and support to department heads on a monthly basis.
    • Develop and maintain key metrics and financial indicators through automated processes and KPI dashboards.
    • Produce ad-hoc analysis and reporting as necessary.
  • Technology Enablement and Implementation
    • Support the evaluation and implementation of new systems within the organization.
    • Collaborate with IT to develop and maintain data warehouse capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 2+ years of FP&A experience.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn new concepts and tasks quickly, work under pressure, and meet deadline requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Planful/Host Analytics or equivalent FP&A solution a plus.
  • Netsuite experience a plus.
