**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a permanent full-time position in Northeast Oregon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to patients and families in a rural setting.

**Requirements**

  • Current Oregon Qualified Mental Health Professional with no restrictions
  • LCSW preferred
  • Previous experience with physician practices preferred
  • Knowledge of related state and federal regulations regarding mental health and substance abuse
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with mental health clinical experience and/or substance abuse treatment
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
