Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest production standards in accordance with Federal and State regulations, as well as ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of necessary records.
Key responsibilities include supervising donor selection, plasma collection, and manufacturing records, as well as attending all required training sessions and staff meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, and be certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
Additionally, the candidate should have at least 4 years of related experience with performing phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing duties, with demonstrated proficiency in handling difficult situations.
The Operations Supervisor will work in a plasma center, exposed to biological fluids with potential exposure to infectious organisms, and will be required to wear personal protective equipment.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate complex information and ideas so others will understand, and will be able to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
