Job SummaryThe Floor Supervisor will play a key role in managing store operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This individual will assist with managing staff, achieving company goals, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing the store, supervise staff, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Inventory and Merchandising: Assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels, as well as ensuring accurate pricing and signage.
- Leadership: Lead by example, provide guidance and training to staff, and participate in store meetings to drive business results.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail management experience preferred, with a focus on hardware or similar industries.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
$15.00-$16.00 per hour.
