Family Health Care Specialist

- Completion of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in New Mexico.
- National FNP certification from ANCC or AANP.
- A valid DEA license in good standing.
- 1+ year of experience as an FNP preferred.
