Job Summary

The Clinical Support Associate will provide administrative support to healthcare professionals in a fast-paced medical office environment. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Accurately enter patient data, register patients, and update patient accounts.
  • Verify insurance coverage and record statistics.
  • Schedule patient appointments, answer phone calls, and inform providers of changes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
  • 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification in the state of employment is required.
  • BLS from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
Work Schedule

8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday
