Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant Specialist to join our team at Conviva Care Centers. As a Medical Assistant Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clinical support to our healthcare team.
  • Assist with patient care activities such as vital sign collection, medication administration, and phlebotomy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a Medical Assistant training program or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • CPR certification.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Medical Assistant role.
  • Knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) certification.
  • Phlebotomy experience.
  • Medication/vaccine administration experience.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM.
