Position Overview

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for excellence? We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee our operations and ensure our team thrives in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: Competitive salary of $71,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k plan, profit sharing, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of 15 or more employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling shifts and managing workflow.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and employee engagement.

Work Schedule: You will have the flexibility of two shifts: an opening shift from 9 AM to 8 PM or a closing shift starting at 4 PM until close.
