About the Role

Gulfstream SP is seeking an experienced HVAC and Plumbing Project Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role supports project management and coordination for complex commercial mechanical systems in large-scale construction environments.

Job Summary:

We seek a highly organized and experienced professional to assist project managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of mechanical construction projects, ensuring timelines, budget adherence, and meeting quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, be local to the Phoenix area, and bring a solid background in commercial mechanical contracting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of mechanical construction projects, ensuring timelines, budget adherence, and meeting quality standards.
  • Scheduling and Dispatching: Act as the liaison between field technicians, vendors, and project teams to optimize scheduling, dispatch resources efficiently, and maintain project flow.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate project documentation, track project milestones, and ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Client and Vendor Communication: Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure project requirements are communicated and expectations are met, as a point of contact for status updates and issue resolution.
  • Technical Systems Support: Utilize software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and AutoCAD to support documentation, workflow processes, and project planning.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination within a commercial mechanical construction or contracting environment.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and building automation systems in a commercial setting.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Stable and local work history, showcasing reliability and commitment to the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Gulfstream SP offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
