Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in our high-traffic convenience store and gas station, focusing on maximizing revenue while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate within a busy convenience store and gas station to enhance profitability and reduce expenses.
  • Welcome each customer warmly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Deliver outstanding service to encourage repeat business.
  • Process all sales and cash transactions accurately and courteously.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized store environment in accordance with company policies.
Essential Requirements:
  • Complete all sales transactions following established protocols.
  • Provide top-notch customer service throughout your shift.
  • Stock merchandise as directed and keep inventory organized.
  • Ensure accurate processing of all sales in line with management guidelines.
  • Maintain fuel pumps and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
  • Deliver friendly, precise, and prompt service to all customers.
  • Ensure all merchandise, including fuel, is ready for sale and meets company standards.
  • Assist management in operating all systems, including point-of-sale and fuel pumps.
  • Keep the store clean and safe for both customers and staff.
  • Be flexible with your work schedule, including potential additional hours.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least three months of relevant experience in customer service or convenience store operations preferred.

Sign-On Bonus:
