    • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
  • Maintenance Operations
    • Ensure that maintenance activities are conducted efficiently, promptly, and in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
    • Develop and implement strategies to address identified problems and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with maintenance technicians, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • HVAC/EPA certification required.
    • Certified Apartment Maintenance Tech (CAMT) is a plus.
  • Experience
    • 3 or more years of proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in multifamily housing.
    • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly desirable.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
