About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Construction Supervisor to join our team at Ansco & Associates, LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of underground telecommunications cabling and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate the work of crew members in the installation of underground telecommunications cabling
  • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with contract and process specifications
  • Monitor and maintain safety, quality, and production goals
  • Operate and maintain diesel or gasoline powered equipment
  • Locate underground cable and perform general construction work
  • Inspect trucks and equipment for defects
  • Read prints and maintain daily production sheets and OSHA logs
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Prior experience in the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industry (3+ years preferred)
  • Valid driver's license (CDL Preferred)
  • Able to operate various types of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools
  • Capable of reading prints and interpreting utility maps
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to follow directions and produce quality work
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
  • Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
