About the Opportunity

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide technical support to our employees, troubleshooting problems and maintaining workstation performance. You will also be responsible for monitoring our helpdesk system and responding to technical issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users, including researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation performance.
  • Monitor helpdesk system and respond to technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain computer systems, including laptops and desktops.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in IT.
  • Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools.
  • Ability to deploy, configure and support operating systems on desktop, laptop, and mobile.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of company information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
