Job Summary
The Manufacturing Associate position is a key role in the Terumo manufacturing process. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the production of high-quality medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all applicable national and international regulations and guidelines.
- Adhere to all safety requirements and maintain a clean work environment.
- Perform a range of operations, including cutting and washing, rod and de-rod, sheath tip forming and inspection, dilator tip forming, silicon application, hand assembly, inflate/deflate (leak testing), RF welding (PVC welding), tube or valve bonding (gluing), and curvature insertion.
- Participate in project performance team meetings to provide ideas and methods for unit/company performance improvement.
- Follow TMC Quality System requirements, including process controls, inspection procedures, document/data control, and change control practices.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to precisely adhere to process requirements.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work productively in an individual or team setting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
