Job Summary

The Utility 1 position is an entry-level role that plays a crucial part in several departments across the Terumo Medical Corporation Elkton manufacturing site. This position requires attention to detail and adherence to SOPs, CGMPs, and GDPs to ensure patient safety and success in the role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Follow national and international regulations applicable to the role.
  2. Adhere to all safety requirements and maintain a clean work area.
  3. Perform various operations, including cutting and washing, rod and de-rod, sheath tip forming and inspection, dilator tip forming, silicon application, hand assembly, inflate and deflate, RF welding, tube or valve bonding, and curvature insertion.
  4. Participate in project performance team meetings to contribute ideas and methods for unit and company performance improvement.
  5. Adhere to Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation Practices.
  6. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
