Responsibilities:- Provide medical supervision and direction for on-site health units, including emergency response, refugee, and humanitarian efforts.
- Develop and implement medical staffing, loading, and scheduling plans to meet medical support and care requirements.
- Collaborate with other Service Chiefs and Clinical Directors to oversee the operations of Primary Care, specialty, and ancillary services performed in the on-site clinic.
- Develop and maintain medical support documents, SOPs, and operational procedures for care services.
- Provide medical oversight, direction, and planning for Cadre Services, including Covid 19 testing, vaccinations, and treatment of communicable disease.
- Graduate from an accredited medical school with an MD or DO degree.
- 10 years of clinical experience as a Physician in Emergency Medicine, International Medicine, or Family Practice, plus 5 years of experience in a Healthcare Leadership position.
- Current unrestricted U.S. (State) Medical License.
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice.
- Experience in managing emergency response, refugee, and humanitarian medical services is a plus.
