Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Visual Merchandising Team Lead and play a key role in driving business results. As a leader on our team, you will be responsible for supervising employees, coordinating sales promotions, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train employees in the General Merchandise department
- Coordinate sales promotions and special events
- Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving and scanning processes
- Partner with other departments to create a seamless shopping experience
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
