The estimated salary for this position is $69,727 - $125,051 per year, based on the location and level of experience.

Job Description

As an Inpatient Float Pool RN, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care to patients with complex medical conditions. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Nursing Education: A bachelor's degree in nursing is required; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Licensure: Current licensure as a registered nurse in any state or territory of the United States.
  • Certifications: BLS certification and ACLS certification are required.
