Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to provide expert engineering leadership within our organization. This role will focus on electrical support for various facilities, overseeing equipment installations, and troubleshooting electrical systems. The ideal candidate will engage in hands-on activities, collaborating closely with maintenance teams to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000, along with quarterly bonuses. Our benefits package includes a generous 401(k) plan, comprehensive medical coverage with a standard PPO plan, dental and vision options, telemedicine services, and basic life and short-term disability insurance.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (2-4 years)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial electrical maintenance or engineering capacity

Key Experience

  • Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
  • Experience with PLC and VFD software applications, particularly Allen Bradley programming
  • Panel building and industrial electrical maintenance skills
  • Familiarity with AUTOCAD Electrical
  • Understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems as they relate to automation
  • Experience in automation or robotics is advantageous
