Job Title: Plant Controller

The Plant Controller will lead the financial performance management and control for our two sites in Murrysville. This role will support the management of the footprint change and transition into a Purchasing Controller role, which manages the financial control of our external supplier.

Your Role:

  • Work with business stakeholders to identify and deliver core improvement initiatives.
  • Develop forward-looking information on factory cost, FTEs, and absorption.
  • Implement changes to ways of working to drive effectiveness, efficiency, and results.
  • Ensure accuracy and transparency of the P&L and balance sheet.
  • Coordinate month-end close activity and maintain a strong internal control environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance with a focus on Factories or Supply Chain.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and delegate work effectively.
  • Deep understanding of financial control, accounting, and business analysis.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics.

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position is $77,000 to $132,000. Additional compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives, may be offered.
