Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Advanced Practice Family Nurse Specialist, your role will encompass comprehensive patient management. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and formulating treatment plans.
  • Delivering education and support to patients and their families.
  • Managing both acute and chronic health conditions with a focus on holistic care.
  • Documenting patient interactions accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record.
  • Supervising support staff to ensure effective patient management.
Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate's degree from an accredited Nursing Program.
  • Current RN and APNP licensure in the State of Georgia.
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Health.
  • Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • CPR certification and advanced life support certifications as applicable.
Work Environment

This full-time position requires onsite presence, typically operating from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
