Description:

Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity

Full-time and Part-time Positions Available.

Summary:

Artemis Practice Services Georgia LLC is seeking skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join its fast-growing, innovative 'whole person' primary care business. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of primary care and/or internal medicine, preferably with some experience in urgent care. Our 'whole person' care offering extends beyond the realms of traditional primary care and we are also seeking Advanced Practice Providers that have some specialty experience in areas such as allergy care, pain management, medical weight loss, diabetes care, mental health, women's health and regenerative health.

Company Overview:

Artemis Practice Services Georgia LLC, founded in 2021, has a mission to elevate body, mind and soul. Our advanced primary care integrates behavioral health, metabolic health and emotional health to keep you well physically, mentally and emotionally. We are designing our care model to support patients on a journey towards longevity and happiness. Our hybrid delivery model of virtual and at-home meets patients where they are: at home, at work or anywhere else with comprehensive Virtual and Mobile Care. We are partnering with traditional PCPs to augment their offering, allowing patients to experience Artemis through physical, digital and at-home channels. Furthermore, Artemis accepts all major insurance plans.

Our values:

· Patients before Profits

· Empathy before Expedience

· Progress before Stagnation

· Team before Individual

· Safety before Everything

With Artemis Practice Services Georgia LLC, you'll be part of a team of caring and innovative professionals who are forging a new path in healthcare – one that is patient-centered, affordable and yet highly convenient. Artemis boasts the highest patient satisfaction scores in the industry (net promoter score consistently above 95) and we excel in delighting patients.

6 reasons to join Artemis:

1. Top of license practicing – our APPs have their own panel of patients and are focused on care delivery. We invest in high-touch administrative teams and technology to remove administrative burdens from you so you can focus on your patients.

2. Physician leadership – while managing your own patients, you will have access to a range of leading physicians (including our specialty advisors and primary care physicians) who are focused on empowering you to deliver exceptional care to your patients. Artemis is proud to have a Chair of Advanced Practice Providers who sits on our Clinical Leadership Council.

3. Integrated healthcare – rather than triaging your patients out, Artemis's broad service offering allows you to provide a comprehensive care offering to your patients, spanning physical, mental, metabolic and even lifestyle health. We have mental health professionals and health coaches on staff acting as a wholistic support team to our primary care providers. With our model, we empower you to delight in delighting patients.

4. Inclusive culture – we actively promote a flat, respectful culture that encourages innovation and inclusion. Being on the front line of our service delivery model, our APPs are often the ones driving the ideation and clinical innovation - we elevate their voices and partner with them to innovate.

5. Growth opportunities – Artemis's offering is resonating with patients, employers and payors. As such we are growing fast, creating a wide range of growth opportunities for our providers looking to learn and grow.

6. Lifestyle – Artemis APPs are predominantly working virtually with some also providing at-home care. While we invest in provider connectivity events, you will largely be able to work from your home or place of choosing.

What will be expected of you:

  • We have opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions, various shifts available.
  • The majority of this time you can expect to spend with patients
  • Artemis does block time on your schedule for documentation and team interactions (and of course, lunch)
  • You will provide patient assessments and care via telehealth consultations
  • Ideally, you will be available to perform in-home visits to patients on select days. That's right, we do house calls While this is not a requirement to work at Artemis, there is additional interest in providers willing to provide this service for up to 2 days a week in metro Atlanta.
  • Ability to diagnose routine conditions and consult (or refer to) physicians for more complex diagnoses.
  • Treat patients by following best practice protocols and consult with physician leaders if you deem it necessary to modify the care pathways.
  • Communicate with your patients as necessary to ensure we offer a delightful experience.
  • Manage patient treatment plan and provide support and education to patients on the way.
  • Educate patients about Artemis's broader offering, conduct health risk assessments and guide them on their journey to longevity and happiness.

Schedule:

· Monday-Friday, 8 & 10 hour shifts - various shifts available
