Wound Care LPN Job Description

PruittHealth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a wound care role. As an LPN, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide wound care services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Active, current, unrestricted LPN licensure in the state of practice.
