Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor maintenance team personnel, providing guidance and support in all aspects of corrective and preventative maintenance.
- CMMS Management: Utilize our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to identify high-wear parts and schedule preventative maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with production supervision to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Training and Development: Work with direct reports to develop training plans to improve individual performance and address areas of weakness.
- Capital Expenditures: Research and execute capital appropriation expenditures to upgrade equipment and improve plant operations.
- Technical Degree: A technical degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Work Experience: Previous work-related experience in industrial electrical controls and devices, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and machining is required.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager or a combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
- Software Skills: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
