Automotive Service Advisor
Hendrick Toyota Apex is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve customer complaints, and drive sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to all customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicle issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize technical knowledge to recommend additional services and repairs, increasing sales and revenue growth
- Manage customer expectations, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently

Benefits Package
- Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience

Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., automotive technology, business administration)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
