Job Title: Automotive Sales Consultant

The Hendrick Toyota Apex is seeking an experienced Service and Maintenance Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying and documenting necessary maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will also have the opportunity to earn commission on sales and service orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifies and documents necessary maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Schedules appointments with customers, ensuring that all service orders are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical operations of vehicles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
