Key Responsibilities- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair electrical generator systems and related engine mechanical failures in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their data center uptime and availability.
- Travel to designated sites and perform professional quality field service repairs consistent with company standards.
- Advise the Generator Service Manager of parts needed for necessary repairs and keep them informed of all repair operations performed.
- Document detailed, complete, and legible descriptions of all repair operations performed and accurately record time, expenses, and mileage.

Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent

- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting and repair of equipment using standard safety procedures
