As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and mentoring junior staff. You will work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial structural engineering projects.

**Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of engineers and mentor junior staff
* Design and develop structural engineering projects
* Collaborate with clients and project managers to ensure project success
* Develop and implement project schedules and budgets

**Requirements**

* 4-15+ years of experience in structural design and/or project management
* Licensed PE in California; SE preferred but not required
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Enercalc, RISA 3D, RAM, SAP2000, and spMats
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
