Position Overview:

Compensation: Starting Pay: $22.04 / hour, with comprehensive full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and life insurance.

Location: This position is office-based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for daily New Employee Orientation (NEO), ensuring all necessary materials are available.
  • Facilitate NEO sessions, including reviewing welcome kits and verifying employment eligibility documents.
  • Manage onboarding documentation through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Complete necessary employer sections of employment verification forms.
  • Maintain and update records in the ATS to ensure compliance.
  • Assist new hires in progressing through the onboarding process.
  • Ensure completion of orientation requirements by new employees.
  • Process rehires and update their information in the system.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a professional administrative setting.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to engage with diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management technologies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in human resources or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms like iCIMS.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools.
