Client Specialist Trainee

Baird's Client Specialist Trainee program is a unique 18-month opportunity designed to attract driven and adaptable individuals to join the Financial Services Industry.

The training is focused on becoming a Client Specialist on a Financial Advisor team and fully registered with their SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses.

As a Client Specialist Trainee, you will be responsible for client onboarding coordination, which includes managing Financial Advisor(s) prospect pipeline, assisting with proposal generation, preparing new account paperwork, opening accounts, transitioning new assets to Baird, and establishing an ongoing communication/client service plan.

You will also be responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and handling them appropriately, understanding and ensuring business adherence with firm and financial industry regulatory policies, maintaining Client Relationship Management (CRM) system for Financial Advisor(s), and developing client lists, designing material and meeting content, and coordinating PowerPoint presentations.

Additionally, you may manage the team's social media presence and initiate and complete all transactions required to fully service client accounts.
