We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Computershare. Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Execute and project manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including events, digital, and traditional media.
- Create Targeted Audience Segments: Create targeted audience segments and personalized messaging strategies to optimize campaign performance and increase prospect engagement.
- Manage Product Launches: Manage the planning and execution of new service, solution, or product launches in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Develop Content: Assist in the development of content for online and offline channels, including social media, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
- Support Industry Events: Support the execution of key industry tradeshows and conferences to drive brand perception, engage with target audiences, and create business development opportunities.
- Monitor Market Trends: Monitor and research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
- Analyze Marketing Metrics: Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance and optimize strategies/tactics for maximum impact.
- Foster Alignment: Foster alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives through collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development.
- Marketing Experience: A minimum of four years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Qualification: An equivalent of a marketing qualification, such as a degree in marketing or a related field.
- CRM and Marketing Automation: Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms, such as Eloqua.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across various business functions.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $40,000 - $70,000, depending on location and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid parental leave, flexible working, and a caring and inclusive culture.
