We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Eleos ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing in-home ABA services to our clients in a professional and compassionate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Team Members: Supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, including supervision requirements for RBT certification.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Use evaluation tools such as VBMAPP, Vineland, and Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS) to design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
  • Client Care: Train caregivers on the client's individualized plan and other principles in ABA.
  • Initial and Reassessments: Conduct and write initial and reassessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Certifications and Licensure: Maintain all certifications and licensures, including Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland (LBA).
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland (LBA).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis and/or 3 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.
