Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Eleos ABA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing in-home ABA services to our clients in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, including supervision requirements for RBT certification.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Use evaluation tools such as VBMAPP, Vineland, and Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS) to assess client needs.
  • Behavior Intervention and Skill Acquisition: Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to support client goals.
  • Training and Education: Train caregivers on the client's individualized plan and other principles in ABA.
  • Initial and Reassessments: Conduct and write initial and reassessments to ensure client progress.
  • Certifications and Licensures: Maintain all certifications and licensures, including Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Maryland.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Maryland.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis and/or 3 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.
