Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming phone calls through an automated phone system, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and vendors.
  • Oversee billing operations, including large non-contract customers, Time & Materials (T&M) and service billing, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage billing processes, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate service work, including phone-based management of service requests, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Prepare bank deposits and conduct regular financial reporting, such as Job/Reports and Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging Reports, to provide valuable insights into our financial performance.
  • Manage collections activities, working closely with clients and vendors to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Handle office supply orders, ensuring that our team has the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Cross-train in various accounting functions, such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll, to expand your skillset and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
  • 5-10 years of accounting experience required.
  • Experience in electrical accounting or construction/trades background preferred.
  • Familiarity with Foundation accounting software is a plus.
  • CPA certification is a plus but not required.
