We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Equipment Repair Technician to join our team at Sulzer USA Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex electro-mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read job cards to determine job status, work authorization, and estimate.
  • Test electro-mechanical equipment to troubleshoot known or suspected problems.
  • Disassemble and clean electro-mechanical equipment assemblies as needed.
  • Measure and requisition replacement parts, and replace or repair worn or defective assemblies.
  • Retest reassembled equipment for proper output and operation.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Operate specialized repair and testing equipment as needed.
  • Observe all safety procedures and use proper protective gear.
  • Lift, tighten, adjust, and secure heavy objects to perform work duties.
  • Keep work area neat and clean as directed by supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to understand, perform, and retain various skill-related training and operational and safety procedures.
